A few of you know that I haven't been on that much lately. I am a mother, yeah, some of you don't know that yet, but now you do. Anyway, this time of year is focused on my little beautiful child, helping him grow and explore a new world for him.

Today he got his very first "bad" sunburn. I have had worse myself, however it is sad to see him in pain so I am taking care of him right now. He will be right as rain in a few days. Maybe next time he will listen to Mommy?

So my days revolve around him until he heads back to school in a few months. The time is flying by and we are having a blast this year. Every day I am so amazed at what he can do and his insights are pretty awesome too. As always he will be my little super hero, saving the world one small step at a time. He is my inspiration, along with my honey whom is the love of my life. How lucky can a girl get.

Now that I let the proverbial cat out of the bag, I have one rule. I never talk openly about my son, I leave that for some private emails and even that itself is scarce. This is because I love him so much that I protect him in this way as well as others more close to home. It maybe paranoid or over protective, but he is my only one so I have to do what makes us all feel safe. If there is any talk on the comments the comments will be hid as soon as I can check them out. Nothing personal that is just the way it is.

I am slowly catching up here and hope you are all having a wonderful summer with your family as well.

Oh one last thing, look for pictures coming soon of Miss Sooki, my stuffed model. I am making a ton of clothes for her and want to share my craftsmanship. This all started because my little guy wanted me to make some clothes for the next Ren-Fair. I needed someone to practice on and my bunny didn't mind.
